Planning your visit
The Maryland Cannabis Administration (MCA) requires everyone who shops at a dispensary to present a physical government-issued photo identification card that is valid, unexpired, and contains the consumer’s birth date. A government-issued identification card ONLY includes:
- State driver’s license
- U.S. passport
- U.S. passport card
- Non-driver’s state photo ID card
- Maryland Mobile ID
- Foreign passport
- U.S. military ID card
- Tribal card

Yes, we have a drive thru. It is for pre-orders only. You can not make an order at the window.
No you can not, regardless of their age. If you are a medical patient, you may bring your child in if they are 8 years old or younger.
Cash and debit card, there is an ATM in store as well.
Purchasing Cannabis
An individual (who is not a Maryland Medical Cannabis patient) may not purchase more than:
- 1.5 ounces of usable cannabis products (flower and pre-rolls)
- 12 grams of concentrated cannabis products (measured by grams)
- Other products containing 750 milligrams of THC, including: edibles, liquid edibles, tinctures, tablets, or capsules with less than 100mg THC per package or 10mg THC per serving
Adults 21 years old or older (with a valid ID), medical patients and caregivers.
Legal
You have to be 21 or older to purchase cannabis in the state of Maryland.
Recreational consumers are restricted to edibles, tinctures, or capsules that contain up to 10 mg THC per serving and no more than 100 mg per package. Products with higher doses (like 25 mg or 40 mg servings) are reserved for medical patients only
No, you can not consume any cannabis products on our premises.
Maryland Medical Cannabis patients have exclusive benefits, products, and offers that are otherwise unavailable for Adult Use consumers.
- Maryland requires dispensaries to have priority for medical patients with wait times. Here at Elevated Releaf, we have a medical dedicated register to help medical patients get helped quicker.
- Adult Use consumers have a 12% cannabis sales tax while medical patients will not be taxed.
- Medical patients can purchase edibles that are over 10mg.
- Here at Elevated Releaf, we offer a 20% discount to all Maryland Medical Cannabis patients!
